Totally erratic

Very rarely does it sync right, apple must do a lot of work to get it to work, the project manager here just doesnt care, to bad because it is a good idea. I use a fitbit watch also and it is flawless, which means it is totally feasible but apple has to get its ducks in a row. With the new software it still is totally erratic.

Pretty much worthless

Frequently fails to sync with the app on the phone. When it does, only about one of three data points include actual sleep data. The rest of the time, it show only time in bed. And even then, it shows eight hours of sleep when I tossed and turned the whole night and actually slept very little.

Dont waste your money

Ive had this app since Christmas Day when I got my Apple Watch and have yet to get it to work. Anyone know how I can get my money back? Ive loaded, deleted, reloaded, reset and NOTHING works UGH!!

First Night Review

I have only tried one night so far, may update later (more positive or negative). Currently its not looking bad. The report could be a little better, but a little concern is time awake. It says I awoke 2 times, which I agree (so good), but it says for 1 hour 23 minutes which I dont agree, was much less, 10 minutes each at the most. Also, I set initially to 1 sensitivity, so changed to 2. But this said 0 time awake, which I know is wrong. So perhaps make a sensitivity between 1 & 2, hence have 4 sensitivity points and not 3? Also, I did get out of bed (toilet), but night steps 0, did it miss or is night steps sleep walking?

Problems

It collects the data very accurately. However, good luck acquiring said data. Often crashes whenever you try to transfer data to your phone or back, and can take an age before you get lucky and it finally works.

Average

This is an average app, and had some bugs to sync. I think Apple Watch sensors are not setup to work with sleep apps, reason we cant find a good sleep app. This app has a good concept of sensibility, that need a fine tuning, or a better watchOS. The problem related to the sensibility is: If I use the sensibility 1, the hours of sleep is around 2 hours, if I try with sensibility 2, the hours of sleep is around 8 hours, for a 9 hours in bed, the sensibility 3 is very close to sensibility 2. Despite of these issues, this is the best app to track sleep for Apple Watch.

No Good

I could not get app to work properly. Would not transfer data, I fixed that problem then it would not load. I give up....

Wont sync

This app is a huge disappointment. It will not sync to my phone no matter what I try. Ive invested money and now time and it does not work. Tried the suggestion from the creator of deleting and reinstalling. We will see if that works. A shame to have lost my data.

Doesnt Sync Consistently

It often takes several tries to sync with the iPhone upon waking. Plus the sync button is way too small. I also question the accuracy and consistency. How can I be in bed for 9 hours, take 1 hour to fall asleep and still have 9 hours of total sleep? Also, it often misses times that I may have gotten up in the middle of the night.

Wont Work

Ive tried this app and have had no problems hitting sleep but as soon as I try to hit awake it crashes and shuts down. For what I paid for this I really expected better results than this. Very disappointed. Brand new watch and cant even get this app to work. Who do I contact for a refund!?!?!?

Buggy and no developer reaction

This worked for a week or so, now will crash anytime it tries to sync. Ive followed all troubleshooting steps and fully reset the watch. Great concept, poor implementation. Im hoping the developer improves the code. Until that happens, its non-functional.

Simply does not work

Developer is trying add I have seen updates and have communicated with him but this app still does not accurately log your sleep. Even after the latest update its still useless. I had high hopes but those are gone. This app was not ready for prime time and should have been free until he got it working then he could start charging but to charge for an app that is not even beta (died not wish) is insane. He should lull this app and refund all that bought.

Constantly crashes

I have followed all of the troubleshooting guides listed, to no avail. I have YET to get this app to work. Waste of time and money. Dont bother buying it.

Crap

Absolutely will not sync! Wish I could get my money back. No matter what I do, it wont sync. No data to look at on the watch even. Dont waste your money! I want a refund!

Nice UI, but thats about all

I *really* wanted to like this app. The user interface is nicely designed and the reports are quite handsome, but the data it reports (when it doesnt disappear mysteriously) bears little or no relation to reality. In the two weeks Ive used the app, on two days out of seven the data does not sync successfully to my iPhone. Using the "Sync again" button has no effect. A report does appear on my Watch, but no data or report appears at all on my phone. Integration with the Health app is equally flaky. Over the course of the last two weeks only two days of data appear in the Health apps Sleep activity report. The detail data displayed by the Health app shows data labeled "In bed" and "Asleep" that contain identical start and stop top times for most days, but only the two days entries labeled "Asleep" are included in the Health apps Sleep Activity chart. Most curiously, my wife also uses the app, and her reports show periods during which she was allegedly awake almost every night despite the fact that she slept soundly through the night. On the other hand, there was no sign of a waking period in my data for one night when I was, in fact, awake and active for about ninety minutes during which the report shows I was still asleep. Im not sure exactly what this app is measuring, but it certainly doesnt appear to be related to sleep.

Doesnt always work

When it works it is a good app. Unfortunately it is inconsistent. Often times when you push the "awake" button in the morning, the app will quit and will not record your sleep.

Crashes, freezes, hands!

At first this worked great. It was pretty accurate and used very little power on the watch. After several nights of use the app began to hang on the watch or refuse to open. When this occurs, power usage by the app on the watch more than tripled. I followed the troubleshooting tips and got it to work off and on. Now I find myself uninstalling the app from my phone and watch frequently just to get it to work again. This needs an update to address these issues!

Wasted data even downloading

I downloaded this app that was recommended in a bundle, it does not track sleep at all. You have to actually tell it you are going to sleep and when you wake up. The fit bit Charge HR actually recognizes the patterns when you sleep, this one is a waste. Do not recommend, hard to navigate, hard to read and generally worthless.

Huge Disappointment

Wildly inaccurate, prone to crashing and very underwhelming. Was super excited to see the UI in action and didnt mind paying for what the dev claimed the app could do. After 3 months of use I still cant get consistent data. Some nights Im restless and still get a high quality sleep rating while other times Ill sleep great and somehow record 2 hours of total sleep. Ive tried all settings and the problems persist. App crashes often and is difficult to manually sync and just isnt helpful Bc of the unreliability.

Waste

Works 25% of the time. Not accurate. Hard to sync. Etc....
