This is an average app, and had some bugs to sync.
I think Apple Watch sensors are not setup to work with sleep apps, reason we cant find a good sleep app.
This app has a good concept of sensibility, that need a fine tuning, or a better watchOS.
The problem related to the sensibility is: If I use the sensibility 1, the hours of sleep is around 2 hours, if I try with sensibility 2, the hours of sleep is around 8 hours, for a 9 hours in bed, the sensibility 3 is very close to sensibility 2.
Despite of these issues, this is the best app to track sleep for Apple Watch.
