Doesn’t work..

I paid 3.99 for an app that installs but doesn’t work. I add the permissions as described, but whenever you try to enable health a pop-up comes up saying it cannot verify that the Health Privacy settings have been completed. I should have known not to buy this app from the reviews and owners own admission to issues that have not bee resolved since December.
