Only worked one day

Worked one day after I got it. Then the woke up from second night and tried to sync data to iPhone and the iPhone app says "waiting" for a long time. So I restarted iPhone and the iPhone app still said "waiting". I had to remove the app and rental led it. However, doing this I lost only just the second nights data, also the first nights data.

It is useless if the app cannot save data over Internet!! You lose all data when you reinstall the app?! Unbelievable!
